Who I Am
About Me
You might be wondering why my portfolio is entirely in Czech. Honestly, I never expected to end up here. But let’s start from the beginning.
In 2019, I started working as a graphic designer at Grepa Networks, an internet service provider. It was a smaller company, so I got hands-on experience with everything – from working in Adobe Suite, printing banners and vehicle wraps, to installing them myself. Over time, I moved into web design and started learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to have full control over the final result. I’ve worked on a variety of projects, from collaborating with an artist and a city library to preparing political campaigns.
In 2024, I completed my last campaign before going on maternity leave, and shortly after that, we moved to Slovenia, where my partner is from. It was a big change and, honestly, a bit of a shock. But now I feel that creative drive coming back. I want to return to the work that fulfills me and makes sense to me. That’s why I’m here. I believe good design isn’t just about how it looks, but mainly about how well it works and how much sense it makes.
